We will only accept returns if unworn and still in original packaging. Please note that our garments contain special tags designed to prevent their use and that if these tags are removed the garment will be considered to be worn and returns will not be accepted. Please also note that we do not accept responsibility for the cost of postage if the item is returned to us.
For the convenience of the customer we have a 14 day exchange policy on items that are unused and in new and saleable condition with all packaging and labels attached. You can also cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing (email or post) within 14 days from the date of delivery and return the item(s) to us before we can issue a refund or an exchange.
When returning parcels to us please make sure your Certificate of Posting is stamped at the Post Office and that you retain receipts and tracking numbers for your reference. We also recommend that you use a delivery method that covers the value of the items you are returning. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded.
